SUNDAY MORNING PROGRAM

Our main practice day welcomes everyone, from first-time visitors to experienced practitioners. Join us for any part that resonates with you.

 

REGULAR SCHEDULE

 

9:00 AM | Doors Open & Self-Guided Meditation
Begin your morning in our peaceful shrine room with individual practice.

 

9:15 AM | Newcomer Welcome
First time visiting? Join us for a brief orientation and introduction to meditation basics.

 

9:30 AM | Guided Meditation
Group shamatha (peaceful abiding) meditation with instruction.

 

10:00 AM | Main Practice Session
Traditional Chenrezig and Amitabha practices focusing on developing compassion and wisdom.

 

11:00 AM | Dharma Talk with Lama Sean
Weekly teachings that connect our modern lives with timeless Buddhist teachings.

FIRST SUNDAY SPECIAL PRACTICES

On the first Sunday of each month, we practice Medicine Buddha and Twenty-One Taras.
